Policy: All sales are final on custom and sale items.
Shipping: All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday. All orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once processed shipping can take 3 - 5 days to arrive.
